Over the course of my career, I’ve watched countless managers struggle to find a management style that can keep customers, employees and shareholders happy. Sadly, many fall into the stereotypical authoritarian style learned from so many bad movies. The end result is a trail of unhappy customers, disengaged employees and lagging financial performance.
This blog was created as an evolving guide for new (and old) managers in how to instill a creative and vibrant workplace culture that will excite both customers and shareholders.
